Return and exchange policy Reasons for return and exchange 1.1. The following table explains our return and exchange policy according to each product category: You have the right to return the product within three days of receiving it in the following cases: - The product has not been used before - The product is in its original condition with its original packaging - You received the wrong product - You received a product that does not match the description on the website - You received a damaged product You have the right to exchange the product within three days of receiving it if you change your mind. 1.2. Non-returnable products: You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products: 1.2.1. Products that have been used before or caused damage by you or are in a different condition than when received. 1.2.2. Any consumable materials that have been used or installed in something else. 1.2.3. Non-returnable products for health reasons, which have been opened after delivery, or if they have been mixed with other items after delivery. 1.3. How to contact us (for return and exchange): You can contact us via email or WhatsApp. 1.4. How to refund: 1.4.1. For products that have been delivered, we will fully refund the value of the product subject to return, including the return shipping fee (excluding the shipping fee paid to deliver the product to you), and this applies to the following cases: 1.4.1.1. Defective products or those that do not match the description on the website. 1.4.1.2. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as a pricing or description mistake or delay in delivery beyond the agreed date, and others. For all other cases, we will refund the value of the product subject to return (excluding the shipping fee paid to deliver the product to you), and you will bear the cost of returning the product to us. For products that have not been delivered, you have the right to receive their full value if you cancel the purchase order. 1.5. Refund procedures: The refund will be similar to your original payment method, as follows: 1.5.1. If you paid in cash upon delivery, we will refund the amount to your electronic wallet. 1.5.2. If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to refund the amount to the credit/debit card or to your electronic wallet. 1.6. When the refund is made: The refund will be processed at the same time we receive and inspect the product at our customer goods preparation center, and the final amount received by you will be as follows: 1.6.1. If the refund is to your credit/debit card: this will be done within thirty (30) days from the day we receive the returned product at our customer goods preparation center. 1.6.2. If the refund is to your electronic wallet: we will process the refund immediately after receiving the product at our customer goods preparation center and inspecting it. 1.6.3. If you cancel the purchase before the shipping date, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.
